Susan Phelps — Associate Broker, Real Estate Investor, Certified Relocation Specialist

Susan has been working in the Real Estate industry for the past ten years. She started as a real estate investor buying rental property and flipping houses. She has been an active realtor since 2006 and holds an Associate Broker’s license in the State of Georgia. She is also certified with all the national relocation companies to work with buyers & sellers who are relocating with their employers.

Susan started her carrier in technology sales and hiring, managing & training sales forces. She earned her Executive Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Kennesaw State University. Susan has experience facilitating software training for pharmaceutical reps on Customer Relationship software.

Susan joined OLT in 2015.
